The Desperate Housewives actress, 31, flew to Paris for a romantic reunion with her NBA star boyfriend, 24, over the weekend after her publicist admitted the couple

were going through a difficult time.

After romantic walks by the River Seine and dinner at Le Coupe-Chou restaurant in the French capital, the couple believe they are back on track.

Her publicist Liza Anderson says,

They're trying to work things out. There is a genuine love there.

The couple started dating in January 2005 and went public at the Screen Actor's Guild Awards the following month.
